CSS3Ps Plugin for Photoshop CS3, CS4
Installation process for Photoshop CC 2015
On Windows:
Step 1: Unzip downloaded CSS3Ps.zip file.
Step 2: Put "CSS3Ps" directory to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\".
* As result you should have a file with path "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\CSS3Ps\index.html".
(Be careful not to add any extra directoriy in path)
Step 3: Restart Photoshop
Step 4: Run CSS3Ps from Photoshop menu "Window" → "Extensions" → "CSS3Ps"
On Mac OS X:
Step 1: Unzip downloaded CSS3Ps.zip file.
Step 2: Put "CSS3Ps" directory to "Macintosh HD → Library → Application Support → Adobe → CEP → extensions".
*As result you should have a file with path "/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions/CSS3Ps/index.html".
(Be careful not to add any extra directoriy in path)
Step 3: Restart Photoshop
Step 4: Run CSS3Ps from Photoshop menu "Window" → "Extensions" → "CSS3Ps"

Using script in Photoshop CS3 and CS4
Step 1: Select layers that you want to convert
Step 2: Select "File -> Scripts -> Browse..." menu item
Step 3: Select "CSS3Ps.jsx" file in the folder where you have downloaded it
The script will run and open a browser window with the conversion result
